Shipping Policy
We offer delivery to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations, including Europe, the United States, Canada, Asia, and other available markets.
UK Delivery
Free UK Standard Delivery is available on orders over £60.

International Delivery
We offer international delivery to selected countries. Shipping options and prices may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply for international orders. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding UK bank holidays.
Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
Express Delivery
For UK Express Delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm to be processed the same working day.
Express delivery orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed on the next working day, usually Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, high-volume periods, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available.
